Upon completion of a 3-month package, you will have the option to extend another 3 months or purchase my maintenance package.
 
This package is designed to offer continued support when you need it most. It includes 6 private sessions that can be used as & when you feel you need them, be it once a month, once every 2 months, as a standard check-in, or when you know you have something challenging coming up and you need support and guidance to overcome it.
 
Note: All 6 sessions to be used within a 12  month period
