I get it, I've been there... ​

I know how hopeless and scary it can feel to live with pain and other chronic health concerns but not have any answers or solutions in sight.

I know what it's like to obsess over food and your body image but feel frustrated that nothing you do seems to change it. I'm her to tell you that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

I have learnt so much about the human body, functional medicine and healing over the last 15 years as I worked to overcome my own health challenges and if I was able to heal my broken body then you can too.

I am here to support you and guide you the whole way. Through our weekly 1:1 sessions we work together to uncover & treat the root cause of your health concerns & co-create an action plan that can easily fit into your busy lifestyle.

Breaking old habits and creating new ones can be hard but together we work through any challenges that may arise and find the best solution to overcome them.

My approach is based on holistic healing with a focus on education, support and action from both your side and mine. We are a TEAM.

Functional Medicine

I once read a phrase: if the leaves on a plant turn brown, do you paint them green again—or do you figure out what’s causing the problem before the whole plant dies? That’s what functional medicine is about. It’s an integrative, science-based approach that focuses on finding and treating the root cause of illness, not just managing symptoms. These root causes often stem from a person’s unique combination of genetics, environment, and lifestyle. Only by addressing the underlying issue can we create lasting health—otherwise, it’s just painting the leaves green.

Functional Nutrition focuses on high-quality, nutrient-dense foods and the importance of phytonutrient diversity to help correct imbalances in the body and support a person’s highest potential for health. Using advanced nutrition assessments and a comprehensive health history grounded in Functional Medicine, we develop personalized, therapeutic interventions aimed at optimizing health and preventing diet- and lifestyle-related diseases. It’s a proactive, individualized approach that addresses the root causes—not just the symptoms—of chronic conditions.

Stress Awareness & Management

The body cannot heal when it’s in a constant state of stress. While most people focus on emotional stressors—like work, family, or finances—they often overlook two other major sources of daily stress. In reality, we experience stress in three forms: mental, physical, and chemical. All three must be acknowledged and addressed in order to improve overall health, increase energy, and live a more vibrant, balanced life.

Developing a Greater Sense of Self-Worth

We only look after what we value. The reason many people don’t take care of their health is often because of an underlying issue with their own sense of self-worth. If you want to be successful in living a healthy life, you first need to believe that you are truly worthy of taking care of yourself. This is a crucial, foundational step that’s often overlooked—and it’s one of the main reasons we give up before reaching our goals.
